Private PADI Refresher Course - San Diego

Have you been out of the water for a while or need restored confidence before your next dive trip? The PADI Refresher course is designed to help certified divers rebuild confidence, review essential skills and return to the water safely. This private session takes place at La Jolla Shores in San Diego and focuses on personalized skill review in calm ocean conditions.

Who this is For:

• Certified divers who haven’t dived in 6+ months

• Divers preparing for travel

• Nervous or rusty divers

• Anyone wanting a controlled skill review before guided dives

What’s Included:

• PADI open water knowledge review

• Equipment setup and safety review

• Confined water skill refresher OR

• Controlled ocean dive at La Jolla Shores

• Buoyancy and air management coaching

• Scuba equipment if needed. Students may be required to pick-up/drop-off gear rentals at the dive shop.

All sessions are private and led by a PADI Elite Instructor with over 20 years of experience in San Diego.

What to Expect:

• Review dive theory

• Skill review in shallow water

• Supervised ocean refresher dive

• Confidence restored

After completion of the PADI Refresher scuba course in San Diego, your PADI certification can be updated through the ReActivate program to show you are up to date on your skills and safe diving practices.

Location:

All refresher dives take place at La Jolla Shores or Mission Bay, known as the safest and most accessible dive locations in San Diego.
